Dear Renklers,
Since the inception of renk., the editorial team has had a raki evening once a month. It’s like the renk. team building event (Schiipass (engl. »fun« pronounced with a Turkish accent-ed.). This year, in combination with »ızgara« (engl. »grilling«- ed.), it was outside on a beautiful terrace for the first time.
In one of our last articles, we told to you about our delicious renk.-rakı-cocktails. Tim Dahlmann, the bartender from the Sanatorium23, created them especially for renk. For those of you who didn’t catch this: Shame on you! Or at least read what we wrote. For all of the non raki-drinkers, the editorial team tested them and found them »çok lezzetli« (engl. »very delicious«-ed.).
So, try it yourself and tell us how it was. And don’t forget to buy enough ice cubes. Out of necessity, we had to revert to the traditional mix of water and straight raki. Tastes great too though!
